Doubtlessly, the world climate is changing. But the possible reasons are unknown. There are more than 20 years that scientists are alerting for the wasteful consequences of environment resource exploration. Politics, artists and companies are embracing the cause. Most of the countries around the world signed intention protocols, in spite of China and EUA’s scepticism.
Despite the unanimity about the significance of environmental issues, scientists are not completely sure about this subject yet. Either the human being could stop and minimize natural tragedies or be guilty about what is an unclear question. One example: It isn’t all theories that affirm that the human being is not the only guilty party, despite of the doubtlessness about world climate changing. In the early century, the expression in evidence was “Global Warming”. Afterwards the expression became “Climate Changing”. At one hand there are the mainstream of scientists who defend other way of consuming fuels to avoid more wasteful exploration. At the other hand, there are other ones who believe that all this stuff is a natural process of warming and freezing, apart from human being intervention. In support of that runs the fact that even Pluto has been experiencing a warming period.
Between facts and rumors, the repercussion is noble, even still without consensus. We can be incapable of breaking the heat, stopping off seasonal rains or controlling the ocean temperature. But there is something what we can do in a simple way. Many people are separating their garbage, cities are building more efficiently landfills, and metropolises are rethinking their mass transportation. It isn’t new that companies join in the environmental issue. For decades the automotive industries have been installing catalyst system in our cars. Innovated technologies are allowing cars to emit less carbon dioxide on the atmosphere. And it isn’t new that cutting down trees have been such an unbailable crime.
An emblematic example of good practices is Vale, the Brazilian global mining company. Vale is one of the world biggest mining company and has a solid plan oriented for conservation programs which aim the minimization the impact of its activities. And have a specific program named “Carbono Vale” which means reducing the emissions of greenhouse gas through technologies and process which uses less carbon in its operation. The results can be certified. In 2010, the company was the first one to reverse its footprint, which means that the company reforested and recovered all the areas impacted for its negative exploration activities.
All this is a one way. We have more than 20 years of a built and solidified positive environmental awareness. It is undeniable that a way of life more responsible, the pursuit of people and companies, will be positive for all the society. Although exist a mainstream scientists who don’t believe in the human being capability of minimize the impacts is truth that all the efforts generate one spiral of positive consequences for the planet’s future. The challenge, most important than the environment preservation, is the persistently preservation of the environmental awareness.
